All new captivate crashes during demo simulation. I'm on a macbook pro.

My simulations keep crashing. I film a simulation and when it comes time to stop recording, I get the spinning wheel of death. Help!

I don’t know what this is - I don’t use Firefly, I use Adobe Captivate and I am trying to record a demo simulation.

Sorry I don’t have a screenshot, but essentially, when I click the ‘stop’ on the recording panel, it just keeps spinning, and so I’ve had to force quit the app.

Do you have any best practices for Mac users? I am on a Macbook M5 Pro on Tahoe 26.7.1
