Alpha channel

I exported an H.264 file with alpha channel to captivate. Imported via the library AME which converted it to FLV  but the background is black behind the talent no alpha channel.I was able to do this in earlier versions  anyone else had this issue? I also tried sorenson squeeze FLV_V6 still no joy.
