Am I allowed to download Adobe Captivate both on my Laptop and Desktop when I have bought the monthly payment option?

I was told that I can download it to both, but now my computer states that I am not allowed to download to both. This is troublesome, since I want to use it on the go, but also on my large Mac.

I have it on iMac and MacBook, no issues.  We have asked Adobe also and they said as long as its being used one at a time it will work.  Just be sure to log out.

That is weird: you are allowed to install on two systems (same OS, not Mac and Win) with one license, provided you don't use them at the same time. I have CP installed on both my desktop (Win7) and laptop (Win10). And yes, downloaded on both, not with the same installation files.
