"An error has occurred during activation, please contact the Captivate support team."

When I try to open Adobe Captivate. It shuts down immediately and I receive the error message "An error has occurred during activation, please contact the Captivate support team."

 

Hoping not to wait until tomorrow to hear from the Adobe Tech support.

this error comes up when the subscription has been temporarily suspended due to payment not going through on the deafult payment method. update your payment details and sign out and back in to fix the same.

You misunderstand, but this is a user forum. No Adobe staff around... 

I can try to contact someone from the staff, but don't know when they will contact  yout.
