An error message when loading Captivate 2017

Hi

My computer is a 64 bit.  I am using a trial Captivate for now.  The program will not load.  I get an error message "A problem has caused the program to stop working"

My suggestions that could help??

    Are you on Win? In that case be sure to Run Captivate as Administrator. Be sure to have Cp installed on your system, not on a networked nor external drive. The paths to both the Publish to, and Cache need to be local as well. Where is your Documents folder pointing to?
