Android App Publishing

I am using Captivate 9 updated to the latest build.  When I publish my project to APK and install it on a tablet or phone, the app starts and loads and I get a white screen with a play button instead of the app going to the start screen.  How do I make it load and go to the start screen?

    This is due to an Apple requirement that prohibits auto-playing. It has been taken over for all mobile devices.

    You can avoid the blank screen by using a poster image. Go into Preferences, Project, Start and End. Uncheck the option 'AutoPlay' and use the Browse button to add an image. You could use a snapshot of the first slide, just be sure that the poster image is not larger than the resolution of your project.
