animate a screwdriver using Javascript

Looking to animate a screwdriver unscrewing a screw and completing after holding the mouse down for 5 seconds.  Really just need screwdriver to animate from starting position to on top of screw head. This is my first attempt at doing "advanced animations" using Javascript so any advice is greatly appreciated!

One of the best ways to do something like you are asking is to use something like Adobe Annimate (embed HTML5 annimation) to make the animation and then use JS to control (from Captivate) when to start and top your different annimations.  In the past I've made a several products that involved a high quality animation in Captitvate which I used JS to "talk" to the embeded HTML5 animation. I've made a indy car race track attached to quiz, various machine tools, and etc. You can also use Adobe After Effects to make interactive animations that can be embeded into Captivate and controled via JS.

I'm very proficient with AE (and to a slightly lesser extent Animate) and I didn't even think about doing that!  But, and forgive my ignorance, I'm only now diving into JS, where would I even start to find the code to "talk" to the animations like you said?

Thanks so much for responding back!

Also, I'd love to see the work you've done! That sounds really cool
