animated objects not appearing

I have created a course for a class using Captivate 8.  My shapes and graphics that are supposed to appear only do so when I play the slide in the Edit screen.  However when I want to view the screens in "From this slide" view or after they are published, the shapes and objects do not behave like they did in the Edit screen.  What am I doing wrong?

    Using Play Slide is just for synchronizing reasons, it is not a real preview at all.

    You probably have a pausing somewhere on the slide, can you post a screenshot of the timeline, please?
