animation issue

I have inserted 4 swf files my movie. They are each in their own slide. No matter how long i set the slide length for or the animation length for they will play for about 28 seconds once i have published it and then transition to the next slide. They are all set to no transition. When I preview the slide on the timeline it runs perfect. Any ideas?

I figured it our. My swf's were at 12fps and my captivate was set at 30fps. dOOOOOOOOOOOOO.
