Animation not playing at the start of the slide

Question

The timeline shows the animation is suppose to start at the beginning of the slide but it doesn't appear unless you click in the area where the animation is suppose to be.  This is in Captivate 2019 and I believe the animation was built in Adobe Animate.

Was this inserted as a HTML animation? Identify its type in Captivate's Project Library, it could also be an animated GIF. If it is built in Animate, can you check if the creator didn't insert a Pause at the start?

There are many releases under the global CP2019. On Windows the most recent version is 11.5.5.553. Is that the version you are using? Check it under Help, About Captivate.
