Question

Animations are off when publishing as video

I'm trying to publish a Captivate 9 project as a video.  This project includes some animations related to text & graphics.  The problem is that when I go to publish this as a video, the animations are not completing the way they should - for example, I have some text that eases in from the right.  When I preview or publish as SWF/HTML5, the animation is correct.

However, when I publish a video, that same animation will stop, say, halfway through it's motion path instead of ending up at the correct destination.

At first, I thought it might be a lack of processing power/memory on my machine, so I had someone who publishes video on a high-end system publish the project for me, but he's seeing the same output issues I am.

Has anyone else experienced this and found a successful workaround?

The final format for my project needs to be a video, so publishing the final as SWF/HTML5 is not an option for me.
