Animations grayed out

I'm trying to load an animation into my Captivate 8 project, but they are grayed out. What is the problem?

    Which type of project: normal or responsive? How did you try to insert them: using the Media button? You cannot insert an animation with the Insert menu, that is an Animation slide. I suspect you are on a responsive project, which only supports HTML animations and animated GIF's. You cannot insert Flash animations because they are not supported on devices.
