annoyed and tired of this same old crap - non-functioning software

I've downloaded Captivate 7 trail and it will not open. So the software said download application manager/checker and i did that and it still doesn't work. so now what?

    Can you tell me the operating system you are using , Is it a Mac or windows ?

    Were you able to install it sucessfully ?

    My apologies for not getting back to you. (Mac OS X 10.9.2) I went back and tried downloading again and then it was able to finish. It’s just a lot of hoops to jump through. Not sure why it took so many times to get it to work.

    Could be my cable network/provider. Earthlink through Brighthouse networks.
