Hallo  - kindly any help or adv.  after instal Adobe Captivate 9  on OS. windows 7 sp1 x64bit   van not start Stays in the loading  does not open the program

    Do you run Captivate as Administrator? Right-click on the launch shortcut (in Start menu or elsewhere):

      Yes  run Captivate as Administrator,

      But it certainly does not work the same problem

      Stays in the loading  does not open the program

      Can you look 'behind' that screen to see if the Captivate welcome screen is not hiding somewhere? You can also look in the taskbar. I am a real multitasker, and it happens often to me that Captivate is open behind other applications. Moreover: Captivate is a pretty heavy application, you have a 64-bit system, but what about RAM, space on the HDD (or SSD), graphics card?
