Any way to assign custom feedback to SKIP BUTTON on Question Slides?

I have a practice session for a module that I have developed in Captivate 4. I have the quiz settings set up so that the user has to answer each question before proceeding to the next. My customer has asked that we assign some type of message to the skip (I renamed it next) button that alerts the user that they must answer the question before the continuing on to the next screen. Does anyone know of an easy way to do this…I don’t see anywhere in the questions settings that you can do this. If the user tries to selec the next button before he/she answers the question, I would like for a message to appear that says something like "You must answer the question before proceeding." Sample screen cap of my question slide is attached.

If I've understood you correctly - if you go to Quiz > Quiz Preferences > Settings and change the Required option to Required - the user must take the quiz... then this will solve your problem.
