any way to convert captivate 2017 file into captivate 9 version?

Captivate 9 Error

 

 

 

 

 

I thought the current project had access to the latest version of Captivate, but I was mistaken and have created two projects in 2017 (free trial version), which i can't modify or open in captivate 9, which is what the company has installed.  Any way to convert it somehow?  I tried to export 2017 into XML and then import to 9...but it didn't work at all.  I have included the error message when i try to import the xml file.

No, I'm sorry, especially between these two versions it is impossible to convert to the previous version.

So there is no way to save it as another file type and import into the older version.  ugh, that is unhelpful.
