Anyone having issues downloading Captivate 9 free trial.

I'm experiencing problems downloading the free trial of Captivate 9. When I click to download at the final stage of the process, a message appears telling me "contacting Adobe", but without success. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? I recently received an email informing me that I am now 2 weeks into my free trial.
