App fails to launch after 12.4 update failed with 184 error
I'm running Captivate on a Windows 11 PC. Last night, I attempted to update to the 12.4 version, got the 184 error and restarted the PC as advised. Now, the app will not launch. I have tried clearing cache, running as administrator but nothing is working. I'm looking for all suggestions at this point. Thanks!
