App-V and Adobe Captivate 9

We have a large Citrix VDI environment with pooled non-persistent desktops using Microsoft App-V to virtual applications outside of the image.   Does Adobe support packaging Captivate 9 with App-V? I was able to get the application to load with App-V but it always prompts the user to sign in and register the serial key. The user is able to go thru with the prompts and enter the serial key but every time they logoff and back on it prompts them again.  Any help would be appreciated.
