Appearance issues continue

Need some help with this. I think I know the answer, but I need someone to write it, I cannot assume

Please look at the following screenshots and give me your thoughts on a possible solution or cause:

Slide in Captivate 9

Slide in Scorm Cloud (just the bottom three arrows, the top two were fine)

Slide in the LMS (Accord)

Well THAT's the reason for the objects being out of position. Changing the size of the viewport (screen) has changed the relationships.
