Application Error when play head is moved

When I manually move the play head on my project I get an error msg and the program is closed. Everytime, every project. Error Msg: Application encountered an internal error. If the problem persists, please report.....blah, blah, blah. Is my project to big? Its about 2 hours long.

Hi,

Please check whether your Video Card driver is up to date. Most of the issues in Video Creator is resolved after updating the video card.

Let me know if it resolves the issue.

Video Card was up to date, figured out the problem. Presenter can only handle small project sizes, I moved my project into Premier with no problems, cut all the video in half and now the presenter will open and work with the project files.
