"apply to all setting"failed

hello,I am using captivate 4 making a quiz.When I added a question slide(for example,mutiple choices slide),my question and answers are all in Chinese characters,captivate 4 adopted 12 point arial as it's default font and size .I changed the font and size of the characters ,and chosed "apply to all settings">apply all properties>apply to all slides,and then clicked the "apply"buttun, but  I found it failed,and I had to change the font and size on each slides one by one .the "apply to all settings" didn't work.how come? Every help will be appreciated.

    Hi there,

    I have seen this issue numerous times, sometimes the apply to all feature can be a little flaky  If you can spare the time, I would recommend that you report this to the Captivate team using the web adddress I have included below.

    hi,thanks for your reply.but  it's a real sad news for me to learn  I can't get the problem solved.Are there any  methodes to change the default font and size for the question and answer of the question slides.

    Hi there

    Perhaps try clicking File > Export > Project Captions and Closed Captions.

    Open the resulting Word document and change there.

    Close and save the Word document.

    Click File > Import > Project Captions and Closed Captions.

    Bring the Word document back into the project.
