Arabic Closed Captions still aligned left!

It is an English course with English audio and an English interface. The ONLY part I need formatted for Arabic are the closed captions (subtitles). How do I align them right?

Will this solve the problem? Has anyone else encountered this?

In terms of this project, I don't really know what that means. It's a responsive SCORM Captiavte 9 project... I'm gonna take another look around the forums because I think I saw something about text alignment in the CC text
