Arabic voice text to speech in captivate 9

i need to add Arabic voice text to speech in captivate 9 i'm using MAC Version could any one help me?

I take a look at neospeech website, but I didn't find an digital arabic voice.

Maybe take a look in other tts producer as Voxygen

I use Captivate for limited instructional tasks, so I'm not an expert.

Check this Adobe Help page for information, apparently Text-to-speech feature is an Add On! right?
