Are Captivate 9 Effects flash based?

Does anyone know if the effects in Captivate 9 are flash based? If the support for Flash will come to an end, can you still use the effects in Captivate 9 and have them still working for HTML5?

I mean the effects like motion path, ease in, fly in and so on.

Thanks!

I only publish to HTML since quite a while and use effects a lot. You can see that they are xml-files.

Slide transitions are not allowed but all effects work fine. Have a look at one of my published HTML-projects

For clarification, Yes you can use "effects" from the timing panel in version 9. It is the "text animations" that are flash based. You will see this when you use the HTML5 Tracker. Of these I recall that there is maybe one or two that will work in HTML5.

Ah thank you! I also publish to HTML5, so if the effects were flash based they souldnt have worked, right. Didn't think about that!
