Are E-learning Brothers Assets available in the perpetual version of Captivate 2017?

I am trying to find out whether there are any significant differences between the perpetual and subscription license to Captivate 2017. I am currently trialling Captivate 2017 and am very impressed. I would like to choose the most appropriate license. Having access to the e-learning assets is a key selling point for me. Are there any differences between the two license types?

They are the same product.  The subscription gives you updates to releases when they are pushed out.
