Are the published files covered by the Captivate EULA?

Hello all,

This is a legal question, not a technical question.

After a project is published what rights cover the files such as .HTML, .SWF, .JS ?

If I use a text editor to change the value of a variable in the programming code in the CPM.JS file, am I breaking the EULA?
