Are there any alternatives to NeoSpeech?

I am looking for the Text-To-Speech functionality to read the following languages:

English | Swedish | Dutch | German | Polish | Danish | Norwegian

I contacted NeoSpeech but there do not have these languages.

I was wondering if anyone knew of other compatible suppliers?
