Hello, I was just curious if Adobe Captivate 9 user variables values are case sensitive.

Yes they are. AS3 and JavaScript are both case sensitive.

Indeed, which is the reason why I always recommend to insert them using the X button in the Character part of the Properties panel of the text container. The only location where you can override case sensitivity is in the validation HUB for Text Entry Boxes.
