As PhoneGap no longer works, how do I publish my content as an app?

I don't know how successful this will be but maybe look into https://gonative.io/

They boast of being able to take a website and convert it into a native iOS or Android app that can be placed in either app store. I did an initial test and it seemed to work (tested virtually). You would definitely want to make your project responsive design though.
