Asset Downloads

Hello I am unable to download characters from the asset library. I receive a  message saying it has been 100% downloaded but when i got to the character download page there isn't anything there. Is there a lag? Please advise

I experienced the same thing - in fact, just today.

What I discovered is that when I try to download from the "Discover" tab I have this issue.

I did not have an issue when inserting from the Assets tab.

 

This has been a problem for me across many versions of Captivate.
When it happens to me - I simply go to the eLearning Brothers site directly and log in with the same account that I log into Captivate with and download it from there. At that point I just insert the picture like any other from my PC.

hello thank you for your response. Isn't e-learning brothers a separate site that requires a separate subscription?
