Assets doesn't load images into new Captivate

Hello, 

 

Just wondering if anybody encountered a similar problem: The photos in Assets are not loading into the all new Adobe Captivate. Any thoughts on this? Thank you.

    Are you trying to use them as background of a slide or within a media block? Please offer more details about your workflow.

    I as far as I remember using them as a background on a slide is not a problem. Here is want I did: I have created a custominzed time line, using Adobe Stock images and also trying to upload images from the asset. The photos from the asset liberary do not load. Any thoughts? Thank you.

    Hello, there is no error message. It´s just that the images doen´t load. For example: I have created a custominzed time line, using Adobe Stock images and also trying to upload images from the asset. The photos from the asset liberary do not load. Any thoughts? Thank you.

    Thank you @brittamareit68344272 . Let me ask the team. By the way, when the images from Asset do not load, do you have to force Captivate to close?
