Assets have been downloaded from E-learning brothers and are on my computer, but do not appear in MyAssets window.

Hello! 

Last week I tried to download some cutout people, and they are not appearing in my assets window anywhere. All of the other images I've downloaded previously are there, but I can't seem to get any new ones. I know they are for sure being downloaded. I've been able to download other assets from adobe, but I'm apparently having issues with e-learning brothers.
