Easier when you embed the screenshots.

Check in Public Documents for the folder eLearning assets, which is under Adobe. Delete the Content subfolder in this folder while Captivate is closed. Clean the Preferences and restart Captivate.

That was the first thing Adobe Support told us to do. Didnt work. Has something to do with the corporate network and firewall eventhough all standard traffic is allowed and no blocked content shows.

Indeed, firewall could cause the problems as well, since a free connection with the cloud is necessary.

Is the Assets panel appearing? Are you talking about downloaded content or content which has been installed with Captivate?

Added a screenshot of the window to the original post.

The screen loads but none of the content loads at all.

I have a 5 person team that would LOVE to be able to at least use the icons.

Our IT Staff has a ticket with Adobe with the last reply a week ago being that they are aware of it.

Was hoping someone had had some luck in getting it to work.
