Assign Points for Not Selecting Incorrect Answers

I'm working with Adobe Captivate 12 and have a specific requirement for a Multiple Choice question. The question has 5 possible answers, 3 of which are correct and should each give 1 point when selected. Additionally, I want to award 1 point each for not selecting the 2 incorrect answers.

In other words, I want to give points not only for choosing the correct answers but also for avoiding the incorrect ones. Is there a way to set this up in Captivate 12? Any guidance or steps on how to achieve this would be greatly appreciated.
