Assigning a License

Under my Adobe Account, I have two Captivate subscriptions. One I had for close to a year and a second I just purchased for a second person. How do I transfer this second copy for the person that I want to use the software?

I also have multiple cloud subscriptions and with my cloud subscriptions I can easily do this; however, with Captivate I cannot see how to do this.
