Audio and CC issues happening again in CP9

Question

A few weeks ago we were experiencing problems with CC and Audio disappearing part way through a project. Our server is JSON enabled unless the server folks change something without telling us. However, this issue has shown up again but this time its happening when the project is published to a folder not on a server. When playing the published project from the folder the CC and Audio plays for the first 31 slides. Then no CC or audio for the following slides.

Another thing is that this project is from a imported MS Powerpoint presentation. Last time we had this issue someone mentioned that Word sometimes threw in code that CP9 didn't deal well with and to copy the CC to Notepad then bring it back into CP9.

Ah, so it's a different project. Two suggestions:

1. ALWAYS do the MS Office -> Notepad -> Captivate copy/paste routine to strip out formatting

2. Test from a web server or SCORM cloud to see how the project really plays in a real environment
