Audio Cutting Off in new version of Captivate
I am using the new version of Captivate. I published my training, uploaded the content to AWS and am sharing the link with stakeholders (who are all on Windows machines; I'm a mac-user). The challenge is that when people using Windows devices click the AWS link, the audio is not working properly. The beginning or end of the audio files are being cut off (there is no pattern; the time cut off is different for each person). When you inspect the file, there is a warning that says it's an issue with content not being able to be auto-played. I know content can't be auto-played, but the user is clicking a button to advance to the next slide and the audio is generating from their action.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I have a deadline to share this content with a client tonight, and I can't get the audio working.
I tried SCORM cloud, but my file is too big for the free plan, and I'm not sure I want to pay for a bigger plan if I don't even know that it will fix the audio issue.
