Audio edit panel is cut off on the bottom.

When I edit narration in the audio pop up panel (or window), the bottom part of the window is cut off. Where the Adjust volume, close and save icons are placed. As a work around, I press Esc on my keyboard and then I can opt to save the file. However this can get annoying at times.   I am currently running Captivate 9 and my operating system is Windows 8.1. ( Not Microsoft fan of   )
