Audio errors with Captivate published MP4 videos

This is very frustrating.  When rendering out my projects as MP4 files from Captivate 7 AND 8, I the audio is often stuttering in the playback.  There is no predictable reason for why it does this, and it is random.  The only way I've been able to get around it is to re-render the project with my fingers crossed, each time, until I get one that doesn't have any errors in it.  Has anyone else had this problem or found any solutions?
