Audio Fade

I am attemping to add an audio fade to a Captivate slide using the Fade In and Fade OUt fields in the Audio section of the Properties dialog.  However, after I add the time in seconds and cick Save, the fade is not being applied.  Is there anything else I should be doing?

What version of Cp are you using? 

What length of fade are you using?  Have you tried setting a longer fade in time?

Also, remember that the fade in time is set from the very beginning of the audio clip.  So for example if there is a half second of silence at the beginning of the clip then adding a half second fade in will not have any effect.
