Audio Issue when Captivate file is published to HTML 5
I’m currently using Captivate 2017 to generate training videos imported from Powerpoint and then exporting them from Captivate into HTML 5. The audio works until about half way through the trainings, and then it stops while the video still progresses. These files work fine when generating a preview and when exported to Shockwave, but we would like to use HTML 5 to support mobile devices. One of the files even works fine! I attempted to convert our third party audio files into neospeech to see if that would fix the issue but I ran into the same issue once that file was published and posted to our webhelp.
We are importing these files from Powerpoint because our approval authority does not have a license for captivate and occasionally edit content before it is ready to be published.
