Audio not in synch with video.

I have one project in Captivate 9. One video used in it with the option to watch the whole video (Event Video on One slide) or click through chapters (Multi-slide Synchronized across several slides). When I publish, the audio works fine for the Multi-slide videos but is out of synch with the Event Video slide. Any ideas what might be causing this?
