Audio not playing on courses after Apple update

After the most recent Apple update (iOS 11.1.2), anyone using an Apple device cannot hear any sound on our courses. I am assuming this is true for everyone's Captivate courses. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this? Last time this happened we had to wait until Apple made another update before sound returned.
