Audio not recording in Captivate 9

I am using a Blue Yetti Mic. It is in the listed as recording sources in Captivate but Captivate does not seem to be recording the input even after calibration. It works fine in other programs like Adobe Connect. I have tried my Jabra Speak 510 puck and it does record some sound but you can barely hear it, again even after calibrating it. I have also set the mic up in the windows control panel settings.

Same problem with Jabra Pro headset. Problem in my case was with the Thunderbolt dock. I unplugged from the dock and plugged directly into the PC USB port and audio instantly started working perfectly.

That was the missing information, not the only application that has issues with devices plugged into a docking station.
