Audio on slide stops when the accordian widget button is clicked a second time in Captivate 2017

I have an accordian widget in my Captivate 2017 project. I have audio on the slide. I noticed that when any of the accordian buttons are clicked a second time (to close them) the slide audio stops. Opening all of them is fine, just closing one causes it to stop. Is there any way to prevent this? I can see where you would want the audio to stop if it was on the button itself, but not on the slide. The users probably will not listen to all of the audio before they start clicking on the buttons. I tried using  the "on enter" action to play the slide audio, but that didn't make a difference. If there isn't a way to keep the audio playing, is there a way to prevent them from closing the button?
