Audio output doesn't match between Presenter 9 recording and Presenter Video Creator

I'm using the same Snowball Blue mic under the same conditions to record voiceover audio for a video created in Presenter Video Creator and to record slide voiceover in Presenter 9.  The audio from Video Creator is many levels lower/softer than what comes out of the slide audio in Presenter 9.  How can I match them up so that my learners don't have to adjust the volume between slides and videos?  Are there audio settings in Video Creator to do this upon recording, or a way to even things out when I publish the course?
