Audio playback problems

Question

I'm new at using audio with Captivate, although I've been
using Captivate 1 and 2 for a couple of years. Anyway, we imported
some MP3 narration files to go with some imported PowerPoint
slides. The slides imported just fine, and so did the audio files,
which sound just fine in the Edit mode but when you want to view
"next five slides" or any slides in the Web browser, there's no
audio. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I'm using a Windows XP
system and Captivate 2.

Hi chieflyone and welcome to our community

What do you see if you click Project > Preferences... > Preferences tab. Is there a check mark at the bottom where it says "Include audio when project is generated"?

If not, maybe that's the issue.
