Audio Problems Cap 4

Hello All-

I am having several audio problems in my newly upgraded Captivate 4.

1. When I play slide in edit mode, the audio does not play.

2. When I go to Audio > Edit >slide, the audio will not play.

3. Whether I record the audio in Captivate or Sound Forge, the audio is crackly and of poor quality. This did not happen in Captivate 3.

Hi Rita,

There is a patch for Cap4 that deals with audio issues, not sure it will be of help but it's the first thing I'd reccomend.
