Question

audio recordings

Hello,

I have been battling with combining an audio track to my slides. I have tried to record the entire project in the edit timing screen and then place my slides at there appropriate place. I have tried to record by group of slides without playing in the edit project timing screen. Either way, I end up with audio repeating itself or cutting off or finishing in another slide not included in the recording group. I've deleted the original audio, saved the file and started recording again with the same outcomes.

I suspect that the project timing may have something to do with this. Is there an option that says to maintain the original project timing ? That is, if the audio length is different then the project length, Captivate will adjust the play with the audio length to match the project length

Awaiting an answer to avoid loosing it.

Thanks

    Welcome the community

Good I am going to give a hint here I do not know it will be possible to help, but we go there.
Put an image in his slide and next between in the properties of the image when two times are clicking on the image, go in the brim " Audio " and next import in his sound oh you will be able to control his line of time.

Welcome aboard! Quickly, because I know you are waiting ... "no", you cannot shorten a slide to a time less-than the slide audio.
